Connect your warehouse to your management system
Labels. Temperature. Traceability.
Print receiving labels when goods arrive. Print shipping labels when orders ship. Monitor cold chain temperature during transport. All connected to your management system. No WMS project. No IT overhead.
For logistics companies, distribution centers, 3PLs, and warehouses that need traceability without complex WMS projects.
Warehouse systems are massive IT projects
You need labels and temperature monitoring. What you get is a 12-month WMS implementation, expensive consultants, and systems that require IT support for every change.
WMS overkill
You need labels and temperature logging. Vendors want to sell you a complete warehouse management system. Six-figure budgets for simple requirements.
Cold chain gaps
GDP compliance requires continuous temperature monitoring. Manual logging is error-prone. Gaps in documentation put your certifications at risk.
Label chaos
Different customers want different labels. Receiving labels, shipping labels, pallet labels. Manual label creation leads to errors and delays.
Traceability gaps
When something goes wrong, you scramble through paperwork. Which batch? Which truck? What was the temperature? Information is scattered across systems.
Plug in at receiving. Plug in at shipping. Done.
AmpliFlow Box connects label printers and temperature sensors to your management system. Complete receiving checklist, label prints. Pack the order, shipping label prints. Temperature logged continuously. All traceable.
Receiving labels
Complete the goods received checklist in AmpliFlow. Receiving label prints automatically with barcode linking to inspection record. Clear identification of every received batch.
Shipping labels
Pick and pack checklist completed, shipping label prints. Customer address, tracking barcode, packing list data. Connected to the order in your management system.
Cold chain monitoring
GDP compliance for pharmaceutical distribution. Temperature sensors in trucks and warehouses. Continuous logging during transport. Alert on deviation. Proof of temperature compliance for customers.
Location labels
Print warehouse location labels and bin labels with barcodes. Support inventory management and picking accuracy without a full WMS implementation.
Pallet labels
Pallet assembled, label prints with contents and SSCC barcode. Full tracking from assembly to delivery. Shipment documentation connected to your management system.
Scale without IT overhead
Add a printer at the new receiving dock - plug it in. Add temperature monitoring to another truck - plug in a sensor. Scale by adding devices, not by filing IT projects.

Questions about AmpliFlow Box for Logistics
Common questions from logistics and warehouse operations.
Do I need to replace my existing WMS?
No. AmpliFlow Box works alongside your existing systems. If you don't have a WMS, it gives you label printing and temperature monitoring without needing one. If you have a WMS, it adds capabilities your WMS doesn't provide, like connecting checklists to label printing.
How does cold chain monitoring work?
You place temperature sensors connected to AmpliFlow Box in trucks, warehouses, or storage areas. Temperature is logged continuously and synced to AmpliFlow. You set alert thresholds - if temperature goes out of range, you get notified immediately and a deviation is created automatically.
Can I print different labels for different customers?
Yes. You create label templates in AmpliFlow using ZPL (Zebra Programming Language) or our visual editor. Different customers can have different templates. When shipping to that customer, the correct template is used automatically.
What about GS1 and SSCC barcodes?
AmpliFlow supports GS1-128 and SSCC barcode generation. You can include these in your label templates. Serial numbers and batch data from your checklists are automatically incorporated into the barcodes.
How many printers can I connect?
Each AmpliFlow Box can handle multiple printers. Put one at receiving, one at shipping, one at pallet assembly. If you need more capacity or locations, add more boxes. They all sync to the same AmpliFlow account.
Is this GDP compliant for pharmaceutical logistics?
AmpliFlow Box helps you meet GDP temperature monitoring requirements by providing continuous logging, alerts on deviation, and documented proof of temperature compliance. The data is timestamped, tamper-evident, and available for audits.
What if we have multiple warehouse locations?
Each location gets its own AmpliFlow Box (or boxes). All data syncs to your central AmpliFlow account. You get visibility across all locations while each location operates independently.
