Small or publicly traded. Recruitment or concrete industry. AmpliFlow is for everyone.
Replace your Excel spreadsheet with a living competence matrix
Click a person to see their competencies. Click a competence to see who has it. In AmpliFlow you can instantly see where competencies exist, where they're missing, and what each position requires.
This is what it looks like in AmpliFlow. Instantly see who meets requirements and where gaps exist.
The invisible competence gap
You have three welders. One quits. The auditor asks: «Who is qualified to weld pressure vessels?» Nobody knows. It was in a spreadsheet that hasn't been updated in a year.
Competence data is scattered across Excel files, HR systems, and managers' heads. Nobody has the full picture.
«Show me that the people performing critical tasks have the right competence.» Frantic searching through folders and emails.
You can't demonstrate it. The auditor writes a nonconformity. You promise to do better — again.
In AmpliFlow, you'd open the competence matrix, filter by position, and show exactly who has which competencies — in seconds. No spreadsheets, no panic.
One matrix, four standards
Clause 7.2 in all major ISO standards requires you to manage competence. The same competence matrix in AmpliFlow covers all requirements.
