What's included in the license?
All 22 tools are included in every license at no extra cost. You enable the tools you need and use permissions to control what each user sees — so everyone only encounters what is relevant to them.
Do we have to pursue certification?
No, AmpliFlow works great as a standalone management system platform. Many organizations use it to structure their operations without pursuing any ISO certification. If you decide to certify later, you simply add the ISO standard to your license.
Is there a minimum number of users?
Yes, the minimum is 20 users. AmpliFlow is designed for organizations where multiple people need to collaborate on management system tasks.
What does it cost to add more users?
Each additional user costs SEK 99/month. All users are counted equally regardless of role – there are no premium user tiers.
Can we change certification package later?
Yes. You can add or change certification packages at any time. If you start without certification and decide to pursue ISO later, we add the standard to your license and can discuss project support options.
What happens after certification?
After the certification project is complete, your license continues as normal. You keep using the platform to maintain and develop your management system. The project support (Midi/Maxi) ends, but you retain all tools and data.
Is the certification audit included?
No, the certification audit is performed by an accredited certification body (e.g., DNV, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) and billed separately. We help you choose the right partner and prepare you for the audit.
What does the certification guarantee mean?
When you choose Midi or Maxi, we guarantee you will achieve certification. If you don't pass the external audit, we continue working with you until you do – at no additional cost. The guarantee applies as long as you follow the project plan and participate actively.
We already have a management system – can we migrate?
Yes. Many customers come from Excel, SharePoint, or other platforms. We help you migrate documents, processes, and history. With Midi or Maxi, migration support is included in the project.
