When the crisis hits, you don't have time to search for the plan
Emergency plans in a binder don't help when stress is high. In AmpliFlow, crisis plans, checklists, and contact lists are one click away — in the same system your employees already use daily.
Used by organizations that take emergency preparedness seriously

Everyone has a crisis plan. Few know where it is.
Emergency plans exist in most organizations. The problem is they are scattered, outdated, and nobody knows who does what when it matters.
The plan exists — somewhere
The crisis plan was updated last year. It is in a binder, on a server, or in someone's email. Who knows which version is current?
Unclear roles under pressure
Who calls emergency services? Who informs customers? Who coordinates? Under stress, “everyone knows” doesn't work.
Exercises without follow-up
You run fire drills and crisis exercises. But lessons are rarely documented, and improvements are not followed up.
Separate systems
Crisis planning lives in its own system, separate from the risk register and daily management system. Context is missing.
Every industry has its crises — all need a plan
Crisis management is not about if it happens, but when. AmpliFlow helps you structure preparedness for your specific risks.

Can I print crisis plans?
Yes, all documents can be exported to PDF for printing. Many organizations print crisis plans and place them in strategic locations.
What do ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 require?
Both standards require in section 8.2 that organizations identify potential emergencies, establish processes to respond to them, test regularly, and evaluate and improve preparedness.
How do I document exercises?
Use the improvement tool to register observations and lessons. Create actions with responsible person and deadline, and follow up that they are completed.
