This guide shows what you need to do to set up SSO login (Single Sign On) for AmpliFlow.
SSO login for AmpliFlow means that your Microsoft login is also used for logging in to AmpliFlow. Employees do not need to log in to AmpliFlow separately — if you have already logged in to Teams, for example, you do not need to log in to AmpliFlow as well, and you do not need to manage separate login credentials.
Administrator access is required in both Microsoft 365 and AmpliFlow to complete the steps below. Contact our support if you need help.
Connect your Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) with AmpliFlow
1. Get your Tenant ID
The first step is to find your organization’s Tenant ID so that your AmpliFlow tenant is connected to the right Microsoft 365 environment. The Tenant ID can be found in Microsoft Entra under Properties.
- Open Microsoft Entra admin center (https://entra.microsoft.com/)
- Select Overview
- Select the Properties tab
- Find the organization’s ID under Tenant ID — copy this. It is quite long and consists of a mix of letters, numbers and hyphens.
2. Enter your Tenant ID in AmpliFlow
The next step is to enter your Tenant ID in the AmpliFlow settings so that AmpliFlow is connected to the right organization.
- Open AmpliFlow (https://[tenant].ampliflow.com)
- Select “Settings” in the menu, under “Administrator”
- Switch to the “IT” (IT & Dev) tab
- Enable Single Sign On (SSO)
- Enter your Tenant ID in the Entra Tenant ID field
- Choose whether new users should be created automatically on their first SSO login, if they do not already exist in AmpliFlow
3. Install the AmpliFlow app in Microsoft Entra
The final step is to install the AmpliFlow app in Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure AD) and give the app access to the necessary user data. This step also needs to be performed by an administrator.
- Go to the AmpliFlow login page (https://[tenant].ampliflow.com/login)
- Click on “Sign in with Microsoft”
- Check the box “Consent on behalf of your organisation” and select Accept
The AmpliFlow app is installed and users can now select “Sign in with Microsoft” for easy login.
